Core Product Concept:
The air supplement regulator, the core equipment for pulverized coal conveying, is located on the main pulverized coal pipeline at the outlet of the injection tank. This device mainly functions in the pneumatic conveying process of pulverized coal. It can effectively dilute the high-concentration pulverized coal flowing out from the injection tank, making the solid-gas mixture more sufficient and uniform. Through this process, a stable dense-phase solid-gas two-phase flow is formed between the pulverized coal and gas, which is crucial for realizing long-distance dense-phase conveying of pulverized coal.
Its unique design endows the air supplement regulator with a wide gas flow regulation range. Inside the equipment, the ingenious design allows the gap of the air supplement airway to be easily adjusted by turning the round nut, thereby precisely regulating the air supplement flow and velocity to meet the demand for adjusting the coal injection volume in production.
In terms of technical parameters, this equipment is specially designed for the conveying of pulverized coal and nitrogen (or air). The design temperature can reach 100℃, and the design pressure is divided into three grades: 1.0MPa, 1.6MPa and 2.5MPa, which fully meets the conveying requirements in different environments.
The product has distinct features: the air supplement regulator demonstrates strong flow regulation capability in the dense-phase conveying process. By adjusting the bypass air supplement volume, it can control the powder flow within a large range, while destroying the formed material column to achieve long-distance stable conveying. Its design of inner and outer sleeves makes the central pipe transport pulverized coal and the outer annular pipe transport secondary air, forming a jet at a certain angle that mixes with the central powder circumferentially, further optimizing the conveying environment of pulverized coal.
In addition, the air supplement regulator is divided into two structures: adjustable and non-adjustable. The adjustable air supplement regulator works in a coordinated manner like two parallel pipes, with the inner pipe transporting pulverized coal and the outer pipe supplementing gas. The cooperation of the two pipes significantly improves the pneumatic conveying condition of the coal conveying pipeline. While the non-adjustable air supplement regulator, although simple in structure, convenient to replace and low in cost, can also fulfill its task. In short, both adjustable and non-adjustable air supplement regulators play an irreplaceable role, ensuring the efficient and stable conveying of pulverized coal.
